SIR is an international singer, writer, entertainer and producer, born on the Caribbean island of Curaçao. Music has been at the heart of his life from an early age. He began performing professionally at the age of 14, developing a stage presence and vocal style that would become the foundation of a career spanning more than four decades.

Growing up surrounded by the rich musical traditions of the Caribbean, SIR developed a deep appreciation for calypso, pop, soul and world music. These influences continue to shape his performances today.

In 2002, SIR achieved commercial success with several hit releases, establishing himself as a respected recording artist and live performer. Alongside his music career, he built over 35 years of experience as the owner and operator of restaurants, clubs and entertainment venues, giving him a unique understanding of both live performance and hospitality.

Today, SIR is internationally recognized for The International Harry Belafonte Tribute, a production that celebrates the timeless music and legacy of the legendary Harry Belafonte. Rather than simply recreating the original recordings, SIR presents Belafonte's classics with modern arrangements while preserving their authentic Caribbean spirit.

His latest release, Belafonte Tribute Mix, introduces a new generation to Belafonte's music through a dynamic medley of six iconic songs. A new album featuring 11 reimagined Harry Belafonte classics is scheduled for release, continuing SIR's mission to keep this remarkable musical legacy alive for audiences around the world.
